Navi Mumbai's nodes sit on the eastern side of the region, closer to the Mumbai–Pune Expressway than central Mumbai is. From Panvel the car is on the Expressway in under 20 minutes off-peak, and from Vashi the Sion–Panvel highway gets you to the approach in 25 to 30. Panvel to Pune off-peak is 2 to 2.5 hours; from Vashi or Nerul, plan on 2.5 to 3.
A lot of this traffic is people going to work. Airoli IT Park, Mahape MIDC and the Belapur CBD on one end, Hinjewadi, Kharadi, Magarpatta and EON IT Park on the other. Give us the exact building and the gate you use. Hinjewadi is the quick drop because the Expressway enters Pune on that side; the eastern IT parks add a stretch of city driving.

Before 7 AM if you can. Panvel to Pune then takes 2 to 2.5 hours. Between 7 and 9 AM the Sion–Panvel highway is congested and adds 30 to 45 minutes, and 5 to 8 PM is slow on the approach roads too. The fare stays the same whatever time you pick.
No. From Vashi, Nerul, Belapur or Kharghar the car takes the Sion–Panvel highway towards Panvel and onto the Expressway. Airoli, Ghansoli and Kopar Khairane pickups first come down the Thane–Belapur Road.
Yes, at the building door. Hinjewadi and Wakad are on the west side of Pune where the Expressway comes in. Kharadi, Magarpatta and EON IT Park are across town on the east side, so allow extra time for city traffic at the end of the trip.
