Each ride is billed on its own. You pay after the trip, with no advance to hold a booking, and the GST invoice for that ride is emailed to you. If your finance team would rather get one consolidated invoice for the month, ask for it when you set up and we will confirm it in writing. Monthly invoicing is available on request; it is not the default.

Yes, for every ride. The invoice carries the GST breakdown and trip details needed for expense records and input tax credit claims where applicable, and it is sent by email. Our GSTIN is 27AEAPL0271ZK, published in full on our contact page.

Yes. An admin, HR or travel desk can book for anyone in the company online at orbitmiles.in/book/, entering the traveller's name and phone number. Questions can go to us on WhatsApp, and if the form doesn't suit, call +91 90676 76369 and we book it for you. The driver's name, photo and car number are sent on WhatsApp before pickup, and you can forward that message to the traveller.

The same published fixed fare anyone pays: ₹2,700 for the Citroën eC3, ₹3,200 for the MG ZS EV, ₹3,800 for the six-seat Kia Clavis EV and ₹6,000 for the Toyota Innova Hycross. Each covers 150 km including driver, fuel and the expressway toll. Kilometres beyond 150 km are charged extra.

No. There is no surge pricing at any time. A 4 AM airport run on a Monday costs exactly what a midday Friday trip costs. The fare is fixed when the booking is made, which is what makes it forecastable for a travel budget.

Yes. We can provide trip-level records — date, route, distance and vehicle used — which is the raw input a sustainability team needs for Scope 3 Category 6 business travel. Our cars are electric apart from the hybrid Innova Hycross, so a corridor trip avoids roughly 25–30 kg of CO₂ against the same journey in a petrol car.

The driver's name, photo and the vehicle registration number are sent on WhatsApp before pickup, so the passenger — and whoever booked on their behalf — knows exactly which car is arriving. Drivers are vetted and drive for us regularly rather than being matched anonymously by an app. We operate 24 hours a day at the same fare.

Yes. We run Pune to Mumbai Airport (CSMIA, Terminal 2) and Pune to Navi Mumbai Airport transfers in both directions, including early-morning departures. For arrivals, share the flight number and we track the flight and move the pickup if it is delayed. The Kia Clavis EV suits a traveller with full check-in luggage: with the third row folded it takes four large check-in bags plus four cabin bags. Airport parking charges, where they apply, are billed separately.

Yes. Multiple vehicles can be arranged for the same event, each priced at its published fixed fare, and arrivals can be staggered rather than landing together. Tell us the headcount, the venue and the timings you need to hit and we will confirm what we can commit to.

Cancellation is free more than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Plans change on business trips, and we would rather you moved the booking than held it.

The first 30 minutes of waiting at pickup are free. After that a small waiting charge applies. Round-trip packages include 4 hours of waiting, and the IPL/Wankhede package includes 6 hours.

No. Published fares, a GST invoice for every ride and driver details before pickup apply from your first booking. Every trip is charged at the same published fare whatever your volume.
