A check-in bag here means a standard 23 kg airline case, and a cabin bag a 7 kg carry-on. If six of you are flying with full check-in allowances, one car will not hold it all; book two, or tell us what you are carrying and we will suggest a pair.

6 or 7 seater cab from Pune to Mumbai?

People often search for a 7 seater. Our Innova Hycross is configured for 6 passengers plus the driver, and we do not run a 7-seater. For 7 or more, book two cars; each one has its own fixed fare.

A hybrid, not an electric car

The Hycross is a self-charging hybrid. It runs on a petrol engine and an electric motor together, so it never stops to charge and is quiet at low speed. Because it is not an EV, it pays the ₹320 Expressway toll that our three electric cars are exempt from. We pay that toll and it is already inside the ₹6,000 fare. Our fleet is three EVs and this one hybrid.

Innova Hycross vs Innova Crysta

Looking for an Innova Crysta cab from Pune to Mumbai? We run the newer Toyota Innova Hycross instead. The Crysta Toyota sells today has a diesel engine. The Hycross is a petrol-electric strong hybrid, so it moves off on the electric motor and stays quiet in Pune and Mumbai traffic.

Searching for an SUV cab or a premium cab from Pune to Mumbai? We have two. The MG ZS EV is an electric SUV at ₹3,200 for up to 4 people with 2 check-in and 2 cabin bags. The Hycross is the bigger car, a tall 6-seater for groups or for anyone who wants the most room.

Our most premium car, with the most comfortable seats

The Hycross is the most premium car in our fleet, and its seats are the most comfortable we have. It is a hybrid, so a long day on the road has no charging stops. It seats 6 passengers plus the driver. With every seat taken it carries 2 check-in plus 2 cabin bags, and with 4 people and the third row folded it carries 4 check-in plus 4 cabin bags.

We suggest it for families travelling with senior parents, for client pickups and for full-day pilgrimages from Pune.

Innova Hycross on rent with driver: Pune–Mumbai corridor

If you searched for an Innova on rent in Pune or Mumbai, this is how we do it: the Hycross comes with our driver, booked per trip at a fixed fare. Trips run between Pune and Mumbai, Mumbai Airport (CSMIA) Terminal 2, Navi Mumbai, Navi Mumbai Airport and Lonavala. We do not rent by the hour or for local use within a city, and we do not rent cars for self-drive. The fares are in the table at the top of this page.

Innova cab for Mumbai Airport and Navi Mumbai Airport

The Hycross does airport runs at the same fixed fares: ₹6,000 between Pune and Mumbai Airport (CSMIA) Terminal 2, and ₹6,000 to or from Navi Mumbai Airport. For arrivals we track your flight and adjust the pickup for delays. You get 30 minutes of free waiting, counted from the scheduled pickup time, and that time moves with your flight if it is delayed. The driver waits at the airport's designated pickup area, his details reach you on WhatsApp, and you call him when you are outside. A name-board meet in arrivals is available if you ask for it when you book.

Is the Innova Hycross electric?

No. It is a self-charging hybrid that uses a petrol engine and an electric motor. It does not need charging, and unlike our electric cars it pays the ₹320 Expressway toll. We have already included that toll in the ₹6,000 fare.

How many suitcases fit in an Innova Hycross?

What is the difference between the Innova Crysta and the Innova Hycross?

The Crysta Toyota sells today runs on diesel. The Hycross is a petrol-electric strong hybrid, so it pulls away on the electric motor and is quiet in city traffic. Neither is an EV, so both pay the ₹320 Expressway toll; ours is inside the fare.

What is the Innova Crysta luggage capacity compared with the Hycross?

We have not loaded a Crysta ourselves, so we do not quote a figure for it. Our Hycross takes 2 check-in plus 2 cabin bags with 6 people, and 4 check-in plus 4 cabin bags with 4 people and the third row folded.

Before you book: how a fixed-fare cab compares

Booking direct vs a booking site

You book a named car (Citroën ë-C3, MG ZS EV, Kia Clavis EV or Innova Hycross), not a car category, and it comes from our own fleet. The fare is fixed with the toll inside it, it never surges, and you pay after the ride. Driver and car details reach you on WhatsApp before pickup.

Why you pay after the ride →

An electric cab vs a CNG cab

A CNG cab carries its gas cylinder in the boot, so your bags have to fit around it. Our electric cars keep the battery under the floor, so the boot holds only luggage: 2 check-in + 2 cabin bags even in the ₹2,700 Citroën ë-C3. Our electric cars also pay ₹0 expressway toll.

Cab vs train vs bus

For one or two people, the train or the bus costs less. For four, a ₹2,700 cab works out to ₹675 each, door to door, with the bags in the boot and no transfer to a station.
