3rd row folded — maximum luggageBag counts are real-world verified, not boot litres. On the two 6-seaters the third row and a full check-in load use the same space, so you cannot have both at once — travelling six means cabin bags, and 4 large check-in bags means folding the third row. Tell us your passenger and bag count when you book and we will send the configuration that fits. See the full luggage matrix → Why boot space decides your cab →
Every fare covers all of the following — no asterisks.
Only these three items are ever charged separately.
Most cab apps use algorithms to inflate prices when demand is high. We don't.
Our base Pune–Navi Mumbai EV fare is ₹2,500, toll included and fixed at booking — no surge at 3 AM, in monsoon, or on a Sunday evening. App cabs on this route quote a range, then charge whatever demand decides.
Yes. The quoted fare covers 120 km, your driver, fuel, and the expressway toll. There are no hidden charges, no fuel surcharges, and no surge pricing at any time of day or night. Parking, where it applies, is billed at actuals.
Additional kilometres beyond 120 km are charged per vehicle: ₹12/km on the Citroën EC3, ₹20/km on the MG ZS EV and Kia Clavis EV, and ₹24/km on the Innova Hycross. It is calculated on actual distance at the end of the trip.
Ola and Uber apply dynamic surge pricing that can 2–3x the base fare during peak hours, monsoon, or late nights. Orbitmiles charges a flat rate regardless of time or demand — so you always pay the same predictable price.
Yes. If your trip involves dropping or picking up at an airport and parking is required, that charge is separate. For most point-to-point city trips, no parking applies.
Absolutely. Contact us via WhatsApp or call and we'll coordinate multiple vehicles for large groups. Each vehicle is priced individually at the published fixed fare.
No. Zero surge pricing is one of Orbitmiles' core commitments. A 3 AM pickup costs exactly the same as a noon pickup. Your fare is fixed at booking.
